ClearView Healthcare Partners is seeking a Life Sciences Experienced Analyst in India to support strategic client engagements in biopharma, devices, and diagnostics. You will conduct research, build analytics, and help shape recommendations for clients in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Ideal candidates have 12+ months in life sciences consulting, strong English communication, leadership, and a structured, analytical mindset.

In addition, you will be exposed to a wide variety of business issues ranging from new product planning and business development to pricing & market access, launch, product commercialization, etc.

You will interact with both clients and teams within ClearView to address critical strategic questions within the biopharmaceutical space. Your work may span multiple projects supporting targeted activities or entire workstreams which may be different across each project. Those activities include the following:

• Conduct complex problem-solving through a hypothesis-based approach
• Complete primary and secondary research to drive to critical insights
• Create and utilize analytic tools (e.g., forecast models) to support key decision-making
• Communicate recommendations to clients to inform strategy and maximize value

Requirements

The successful life sciences analyst candidate must have the following skills and experience:

• Demonstrated experience in consulting and the life sciences industry through a combination of internships, research, and workstream management
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English

• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Highly analytical and structured approach to solving complex problems

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or master’s degree in life sciences or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 months of experience in life sciences consulting.

Hybrid work model; new hires will be in office 100% during onboarding & training and then schedule adjusts to 50% in office expectation.
