Job summary

ClearView Healthcare Partners is seeking a Senior Analyst in Gurgaon on a hybrid schedule. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to tackle strategic questions, develop hypothesis-driven analyses, and deliver actionable recommendations with senior management guidance.

You will be mentored directly by ClearView managers, who have a wealth of experience in life sciences consulting. In addition, you will be exposed to a wide variety of business issues ranging from new product planning and business development to pricing & market access, launch, product commercialization, etc.

Responsibilities

You will interact with both clients and teams within ClearView to address critical strategic questions within the biopharmaceutical space. Initially, your work will span multiple projects supporting targeted activities which may be different across each project. Those activities include the following:

• Conduct complex problem-solving through a hypothesis-based approach
• Create templated outputs to support overall project deliverable
• Able to conduct a straightforward project or workstream with moderate oversight
• Create and utilize analytic tools (e.g., forecast models) to support key decision-making
• Communicate recommendations to clients to inform strategy and maximize value

Requirements

The successful life sciences senior analyst candidate must have the following skills and experience:

• Demonstrated experience in consulting and the life sciences industry through a combination of internships, research, and workstream management
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English
• Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative team environment
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Highly analytical and structured approach to solving complex problems

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Master’s degree in the life sciences or equivalent
• Minimum 18 months of experience in life sciences consulting

Hybrid work model; new hires will be in office 100% during onboarding & training and then schedule adjusts to 50% in office expectation. Standard working hours are from 10:00AM to 7:00PM IST.
