Job summary

ClearView Healthcare Partners is a premier life sciences strategy consulting firm with a Gurgaon presence, seeking a Life Sciences Analyst to support client engagements. You will conduct hypothesis-driven problem solving, gather primary and secondary data, and build forecast models to inform strategic decisions.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams, gaining exposure to product planning, pricing & market access, launch and commercialization.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting and the life sciences industry through internships, research, and workstream management.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.

You will interact with both clients and teams within ClearView to address critical strategic questions within the biopharmaceutical space. Your work may span multiple projects supporting targeted activities or entire workstreams which may be different across each project. Those activities include the following:

• Create and utilize analytic tools (e.g., forecast models) to support key decision-making
• Communicate recommendations to clients to inform strategy and maximize value

Requirements

The successful life sciences analyst candidate must have the following skills and experience:

• Demonstrated experience in consulting and the life sciences industry through a combination of internships, research, and workstream management
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English
• Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative team environment
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Highly analytical and structured approach to solving complex problems

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or master's degree in life sciences or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 months of experience in life sciences consulting.
• Hybrid work model; new hires will be in office 100% during onboarding & training and then schedule adjusts to 50% in office expectation.
