Job summary

Hyrix is seeking an SME – Life Insurance Claims to work on-site in Pune, Coimbatore or Kochi. The role demands 4–6 years of life insurance claims experience and expertise in policy guidelines, regulatory requirements, and accurate adjudication.

You will lead and mentor a team of Claims Associates, review performance, conduct training, prepare MIS reports, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely settlements and adherence to SLA and IRDAI norms.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of life insurance claims experience.
• Experience with policy guidelines and regulatory requirements (IRDAI).
• Ability to mentor team and conduct training.

Responsibilities

• Process and review life insurance claims as per policy guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Validate claim documentation and adjudicate claims accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and review life insurance claims as per policy guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Validate claim documentation and perform accurate claim adjudication.

• Handle complex claims and customer escalations.
• Monitor team productivity, quality, and SLA adherence.
