Salary range: Rs 200000 - Rs 350000 (ie INR 2-3.5 LPA)

Experience: 2+ yrs

Location: Ahmedabad, Surat

In this role, you will manage insurance claims throughout the processing lifecycle, from reviewing claim submissions and validating supporting documents to coordinating assessments and facilitating settlements. You will work closely with customers and relevant stakeholders to resolve queries, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with insurance policies and established procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process insurance claims in accordance with applicable policy terms and internal procedures.
• Verify claim forms, supporting documents, and policy details to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assess claim eligibility and identify discrepancies, missing information, or inconsistencies in submitted documents.
• Coordinate with customers and relevant teams to obtain additional information and facilitate claim processing.
• Track claim progress and follow up on pending documentation, assessments, approvals, and settlements.
• Investigate unusual claim patterns or potential discrepancies and elevate cases for further review when required.
• Maintain accurate claim records, case updates, and supporting documentation.
• Respond to customer queries regarding claim status, documentation requirements, and settlement procedures.
• Ensure claims are handled within established timelines and in compliance with applicable regulations and organizational guidelines.
• Contribute to improving claims processing efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
