Job summary

Licious, a Bengaluru‑based meat and seafood company, is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. You will partner with department heads and business units to drive profitability and data‑driven decisions.

Strong CA or MBA with 7–9 years post‑qualification experience is preferred. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP S/4 HANA, Tableau and Power BI is highly desirable for delivering insightful analyses and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Chartered accountant or MBA with 7–9 years post qualification experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with budgeting and forecasting expertise.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with financial analysis and reporting tools like SAP S/4 HANA, Tableau and Power BI.

• – Leading the annual budgeting process, working with department heads to develop and consolidate budgets.
• – Leverage past experience in FP&A and business partnering to drive cross-functional alignment between diverse functions and business units.

• – Developing financial models to analyze business performance and make data-driven recommendations.
• – Leading the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations.
• – Collecting and analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and business performance improvements.
• – Leading the creation and publishing of management dashboards and financial KPIs to track business performance.
• – Leading the preparation of financial presentations for internal stakeholders.
• – Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data reporting and analysis.
• – Providing support in ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required.
• – Participating in the evaluation of investment opportunities and business cases.
