• Must have experience in obtaining approvals and NOC from government bodies.

Responsibilities

• Handle proposals to obtain approvals and NOC from Government bodies and authorities.
• Liaison with Tehsildar, DC, BBMP, BDA and other departments for sanctions.
• Knowledge of central/state laws and regulations is required.
• Renewal/amendment of licenses as needed.
• Coordinate with Architects to ensure construction plans comply with government guidelines.
• Ensure no penalties due to delays in payment of fees for permissions.

• Well acquainted with Central / State laws and regulations.
• Renewal amendment of licenses.
• Work closely with the Architects and ensure to have Construction plans as per the guidelines of the government.
• Ensure no penal costs are incurred due to delay in payment of fees for permissions
