Aclean Energies Private Limited is seeking a proactive Liaisoning Executive to manage government approvals, statutory compliances, and coordination with various authorities for solar EPC projects.

The role involves handling documentation, permissions, and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth project execution and timely clearances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1–5 years of liaisoning experience in Solar EPC, Electrical, Renewable Energy, or Infrastructure sectors.
• Knowledge of solar project approvals, net metering processes, and government regulations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office and documentation management.
• Valid driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with government departments, DISCOMs, GEDA, CEI, and other regulatory authorities.
• Manage approvals, permits, and documentation related to solar power projects.
• Follow up for net metering, CEI approvals, and project-related clearances.
• Prepare, submit, and track applications and compliance documents.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, vendors, and government officials.
• Maintain records of approvals, licenses, and project documentation.
• Support project teams in regulatory and compliance matters.
• Ensure timely completion of liaisoning activities to avoid project delays.

• Coordinate with government departments, DISCOMs, GEDA, CEI, and other regulatory authorities.
• Manage approvals, permits, and documentation related to solar power projects.
• Follow up for net metering, CEI approvals, and project-related clearances.
• Prepare, submit, and track applications and compliance documents.
