Job summary

The Corporate Institute invites applications for a senior Liability Head overseeing West and South regions based in Mumbai. The role focuses on leading sales training, risk evaluation, and client engagement to materialize business opportunities in Financial Lines.

You will analyze policies, compare market offerings, coordinate with brokers and clients, and drive P&L for the region while guiding IT-enabled process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Train the Sales Team
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Financial Lines
• Meet clients to materialize business opportunities
• Prepare submissions with risk analysis and understanding of client’s business and risk exposures
• Analyze policies and benchmark against market offerings
• Exhibit strong communication skills
• Interact with Brokers, Agents and Clients
• Oversee policy wording scrutiny and related operations
• Lead IT projects to automate accounts
• Manage P&L for the region and close large liability deals
