PositionSummary:
AccessCoordinator (Consulting AC) is responsible for provisioning user access inaccordance with the Company’s Information Systems Account Management (ISAM)Program. Primarily responsible for identifying and leading initiatives thatdramatically improve access controls and increase user access efficiency.Also responsible for initial assessment, triage, research, and resolution ofuser access requests on behalf of supported corporate departments. Otherresponsibilities include ongoing collaboration with other Local AccessCoordinators who support applications, customers, or Lines of Business toprovision role-based and exception user access requests.
Responsibilities:
- Coordination of all Executive transfers across theenterprise by collaborating with HR, the losing division access coordinators,gaining division access coordinator, and the Executive to ensure they are transferred smoothly without loss of access.
- Provides 2 nd and 3 rd levelsupport of requests for Workforce Members and other users as defined bybusiness owners.
- Grants, modifies, and removes user accessprivileges for Company network and information systems only as directed by adesignated approver and in accordance with established SLAs.
- Use of administrator and/or elevated system orapplication privileges only as authorized to perform role andresponsibilities within designated span of control
- Provides training and awareness to departmentsabout user access controls as needed
- Working with business owners to coordinatedevelopment and deployment of new work within the Identity Access Space.
- Working with business lines to establish RoleBased Access where none previously existed.
- Leads the definition of processes and proceduresof access management for Corporate Workforce Members, including vendors thatrequire access across multiple divisions.
- Leads efforts to improve operational processes andprocedures.
- Subject matter expert for account managementpolicies, procedures, and guidance documents.
- Participates in development/review of divisionsecurity processes/procedures under supervision of Regional User AccessManager.
- Partners with facility Human Resources, facilityIT teams and business owners to define and maintain role based access.
- Coordinate and work with access tools developmentteams to build and establish new forms foraccess management
- Work with project teams on new and incomingsystems to help apply established best practices around access management.
- Assist and provide guideance on new ISAM creationfor new systems.
Education& Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required and 3+ years of experience
- Comfortable working in ambiguous,evolving environments with distributed/global teams
Must HaveSkills
- Perform provisioning,modification, and deprovisioning of user access across enterpriseapplications.
- Review and validate accessrequests for completeness, approvals, RBAC alignment, and policy compliance.
- Strong communication andstakeholder coordination
- Hands-on experience with IAM/IGAplatforms, Active Directory, ServiceNow or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of IAMlifecycle (Joiner-Mover-Leaver), RBAC, Least Privilege, SoD, PAM.
- Ability to monitor/performoperational metrics and SLA performance.
- Execute access activities usingapproved IAM tools while maintaining HIPAA, SOX, and organizationalcompliance.
- Team Lead experience is must
- Must have done some processimprovement and automated projects
