Job summary

Cloudxtreme is seeking an Access Services/AD administrator to manage user accounts and access requests. The role involves troubleshooting access issues, creating security groups, and handling shared mailboxes and distribution groups.

Candidates should have PowerShell experience, familiarity with AD, Exchange, MIM, SharePoint, SQL, and ticketing tools like ServiceNow. The position requires strong customer service and independent problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduation degree with 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Prior experience in computer security, auditing of user accounts, elevated accounts and access management (min 1 year).
• Ability to analyze user request forms to determine appropriateness of the request.
• Proven teamwork qualities with emphasis on customer service and collaboration.
• Ability to troubleshoot user access problems and determine corrective action.
• Ability to view incidents from customer perspective and represent the customer with other teams.

Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities: Managing/creating user accounts as per approved access request form.

• Trouble shooting user access issues and escape to required team as per process.
• Creating and managing Security groups.
• Should have knowledge on creating Shared Mailboxes & Distribution groups.
• Represent Access Services Team and/or AD Administration Team on related projects.
• Should have knowledge on Power-Shell, Exchange PowerShell.
• Must be able to gain familiarity and understanding with the following technologies: Web based applications, VPN, Exchange, MIM and Active Directory, Knowledge ServiceNow or any ticketing tools, SharePoint, SQL.

Qualifications

• Education requirements: Graduation degree with 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Necessary Prior Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience or training in computer security, auditing of user accounts, elevated accounts and access management. Require a basic understanding of access administration and the ability to pick up other technologies and their related security procedures quickly.

Required Technical Skills

• Experience with Enterprise directory services (Active Directory)
• Familiar with running Power-shell scripts.

• Experience in Service-now or any ticketing tool.
• Should have knowledge on MIM tool.
• Basic knowledge on writing SQL queries.

Certification

• Azure fundamentals (AZ-900)
• MCSE Certification (Server Infrastructure \ SharePoint \ Messaging).
