JOB INFORMATION

JOB PURPOSE

Product Analyst focused onproviding subject matter expertise on the Care Management products includingtheir functionality and utilization, collaborating with project teams andbusiness partners to meet ITG project objectives. This position will providesubject matter expertise to ensure successful delivery of product initiativesaccording to the CSG/OSG/Sarah Cannon objectives.

The successful candidatewill have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability toestablish effective working relationships and manage multiple priorities.This includes discussions and collaborating with other project team membersto design functional product details and changes, identify and escapeproject issues, and ultimately ensure product requirements are met.

The candidatewill provide hands-on expertise to independently resolve service delivery orfunctionality issues with the enterprise care management system, frequentlycommunicating with the project team members, support resources, othersupporting external vendors, and end users.This position requires a continual development in the understanding ofcare management, by maintaining strong relationships with business partnersand product users.

The ideal candidate forthis position has an IT product development background with well-developedcommunication skills. Pega caremanagement experience is preferred.

QUALIFICATION

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE & ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

SENIORPRODUCT ANALYST (2-4 Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Experience working with Azure Devops, Jira, confluence, ServiceNow.

• Serves as a liaison between thebusiness and technical teams and builds a strong network of relationshipswith various stakeholder groups.

• Understands applicationinfrastructure to facilitate support activates and systemmaintenance

• Responds quickly to businessstakeholder questions and concerns.

• Identifies impact on othersolutions or projects and works with other product analysts and stakeholdersto identify options and recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience

• Adept SQL writing andunderstanding of database concepts

• Responsible for StakeholderManagement, Requirement gathering, Requirement Elicitation, wireframing,managing product backlog & user story, User acceptance testing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform preferred; AWS or Azureexperience also considered).

• Experience with API Gateways, servicemesh technologies, and enterprise integration patterns.

Security & Compliance:

• Ensure applications meet securitystandards and best practices.

• Collaborate with security teamsto address vulnerabilities and enforce compliance requirements.

• Adhere to data protectionprotocols like HIPAA.
