Job summary

Master Mind Consultancy in Mumbai is seeking a qualified professional for Lending and Credit Solutions. The role focuses on analysing client portfolios, identifying lending opportunities for HNW/UHNW clients, building lending pipelines, and promoting financing solutions to Relationship Managers.

You'll structure and execute financing transactions with global LCS teams across Singapore and Hong Kong, prepare term sheets and credit memos for approvals, and support process improvements and lending

Job Title : Lending and Credit Solutions

Experience : 1 to 5 Years

• Analyse client portfolios and identify lending opportunities for High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High Net Worth (UHNW) clients.


• Build lending pipelines and promote financing solutions to Relationship Managers (RMs).


• Structure and execute financing transactions in coordination with global LCS teams across Singapore and Hong Kong.


• Prepare client term sheets, credit memos, and financial analysis for internal approvals.


• Coordinate with internal control functions and legal teams for credit approvals and loan documentation.


• Conduct lending-related training to improve product awareness and loan penetration.


• Support process enhancements, productivity improvements, and lending sales management initiatives.

Requisites

• Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field.


• Understanding of lending, credit analysis, and financing products.


• Knowledge of financial statement analysis, credit risk assessment, and client portfolio analysis.


• Ability to prepare credit memos, term sheets, and financial reports.


• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Ability to collaborate with Relationship Managers, global teams, and internal control functions.


• Knowledge of HNW/UHNW client financing, wealth management, and loan documentation is preferred.
