Qualifications

• LLB or LLM with strong real estate and corporate law background.
• Extensive knowledge of UP RERA, contracts, litigation and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in leading legal affairs for real estate groups is preferred.

About the Role

We are currently looking for a Legal, RERA & Compliance with strong real estate experience. The candidate should have in-depth knowledge of property laws, UP RERA, RERA compliance, contracts, litigation, and corporate legal affairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all legal matters related to land acquisition, due diligence, and title verification.
• Ensure compliance with UP RERA, local municipal laws, and real estate regulations.
• Draft and review agreements including sale deeds, lease agreements, JV agreements, MOU, and contracts.
• Handle litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, regulatory matters, and negotiations.
• Liaise with government authorities, law firms, and external stakeholders.
• Provide legal support for mergers, acquisitions, and corporate structuring.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and legal policies for the organization.

Preference will be given to candidates with extensive Real Estate industry experience.

Minimum 20-25 years of relevant experience required.
