Job summary

Saya Homes in Greater Noida West seeks an experienced Vice President - Legal to lead our legal functions in the real estate sector, with deep knowledge of property laws, UP RERA, contracts, and compliance.

You will oversee land acquisition due diligence, title verification, litigation, regulatory matters, and draft/ review sale deeds, leases, MOUs, and JV agreements while advising on mergers and corporate structuring and steering risk policies.

Qualifications

• 15–25 years of experience in real estate law and corporate matters.
• Strong knowledge of UP RERA and regulatory compliance.
• Extensive experience drafting and reviewing real estate agreements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all legal matters related to land acquisition, due diligence, and title verification.
• Ensure compliance with UP RERA, local municipal laws, and real estate regulations.
• Draft and review agreements including sale deeds, lease agreements, JV agreements, MOU, and contracts.
