Job summary

Signature Global is seeking a qualified Legal Manager with LLB/LLM and 5–10 years of corporate legal advisory experience to drive funding documentation, loan agreements, and regulatory compliance.

You will draft and vet land acquisition, security documents, and ensure Companies Act compliance while coordinating with banks, investors, and counsel to safeguard transactions. The role demands strong negotiation and drafting skills and the ability to manage multiple matters independently.

Qualifications

• LLB mandatory; LLM preferred.
• 5–10 years of relevant post-qualification experience in corporate legal/compliance.
• Experience in funding documentation, bank loan agreements, and structured financial instruments (NCDs/CCDs).
• Drafting land acquisition and property-related agreements.
• Solid knowledge of Companies Act, governance, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and finalize funding-related documentation, including bank loan agreements and security documents.
• Prepare and vet documentation related to issuance of NCDs and CCDs.

• Prepare and vet documentation related to issuance of NCDs (Non-Convertible Debentures) and CCDs (Compulsorily Convertible Debentures).
• Ensure organizational compliance with the requirements of the Companies Act and allied corporate laws.
• Draft, review, and negotiate land acquisition related agreements, lease deeds, and transfer documents.
• Provide legal advisory on corporate transactions, investments, and regulatory matters.
• Liaise with banks, investors, law firms, and regulatory bodies for smooth execution of transactions.

Qualifications & Experience
