Job summary

Candor Foods in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, seeks an experienced in-house lawyer to draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, NDAs, leases and other documents; manage corporate secretarial matters including Board/Shareholder meetings and ROC filings.

You will advise management on legal risks and compliance, coordinate with external counsel, handle litigation and disputes, and support fundraising, M&A and due diligence, while ensuring adherence to Companies Act, FSSAI, labour laws and

Qualifications

• LLB/LLM required.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience preferred.

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, vendor/customer contracts, NDAs, leases and other legal documents.
• Manage corporate secretarial matters, including Board/Shareholder meetings, ROC/MCA filings, statutory registers and corporate records.
• Advise management on legal risks, compliance and contractual matters; coordinate with external lawyers, Company Secretaries and consultants.
• Manage litigation, legal notices, claims and disputes.
• Support fundraising, M&A, investments, restructuring and due diligence.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Companies Act, FSSAI, labour laws, IP/trademark and other business regulations.
• Build standard legal templates and processes for the organisation.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills. Practical, business-oriented approach to legal matters.
