• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.

• Assess legal risks related to projects and transactions.
• Support dispute resolution and litigation strategy.

This full-time, on-site role based in Worli, Mumbai, involves overseeing legal affairs across the group's diverse business units, ensuring compliance, and managing litigation and dispute resolution strategies.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Education: LLB or equivalent law degree from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in legal affairs.
• Industry Experience: Experience in Real Estate is mandatory. Prior experience in infrastructure, energy, or technology sectors is preferred.
• Language: Marathi speaking is mandatory.
• Location: Must be based in Mumbai and familiar with Mumbai Courts.
• Skills: Strong foundation in law, proficiency in legal document preparation, legal consulting, and compliance management.
