• Represent the company before courts, authorities, and tribunals & manage legal notices, litigation, and regulatory submissions.
• Oversee title due diligence, land documentation, and coordination with municipal and government bodies.
• Maintain legal records, manage bank guarantees, and track regulatory changes impacting business operations.

Salary *upto Rs 10 lakhs per annum* (can be increased slightly)
