JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
1. Contract Drafting, Review, Negotiation & General Corporate Matters (70%) - Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize a broad range of commercial contracts, corporate agreements, and legal documentation, including MOUs, license agreements, collaboration agreements, NDAs, lease agreements, and other corporate legal documents. Provide legal support on commercial transactions and general corporate matters to protect the Company's interests, mitigate legal risks, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Knowledge of M&A, joint ventures and other corporate transactions.
2. Regulatory Compliance & Ethics (10%) - Promote a culture of regulatory and ethical compliance across the organization. Support compliance oversight, policy implementation, and monitoring of regulatory requirements, including supply chain compliance.
3. Intellectual Property & Brand Management (10%) - Manage the Company's intellectual property portfolio, including trademarks, copyrights, patents, and brand protection matters. Coordinate with external attorneys and advisors on IP filings, renewals, enforcement, and related matters.
4. Litigation Management (10%) - Assist in managing litigation, disputes, and legal proceedings. Coordinate with external counsel and internal stakeholders to ensure effective case management and timely resolution.
