Qualifications

• 3–6 years of post-qualification experience in strategic transactions.

Responsibilities

• Support M&A transactions, investments, restructurings, and other strategic initiatives.
• Conduct legal due diligence and assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents (NDAs, Term Sheets, SPAs, SHAs).
• Support structuring and implementation of joint ventures and strategic partnerships.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements (customer, supplier, service, licensing, technology).
• Provide legal advice on corporate matters.
• Coordinate with external counsel and internal stakeholders on legal projects and transactions.
• Support management of disputes, claims, and litigation matters as required.
• Identify legal risks and provide practical, business-focused solutions.
• Utilize and support AI-enabled legal technologies to improve efficiency in contract review, research, due diligence, and document automation.

• Support M&A transactions, investments, restructurings, and other strategic initiatives.
• Conduct legal due diligence and assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents, including NDAs, Term Sheets, Share Purchase Agreements, Shareholders Agreements, and related documents.
• Support structuring and implementation of joint ventures and strategic partnerships.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including customer, supplier, service, licensing, and technology contracts.
• Provide legal advice on corporate legal matters.
• Coordinate with external counsel and internal stakeholders on legal projects and transactions.
• Support management of disputes, claims, and litigation matters as required.
• Identify legal risks and provide practical, business-focused solutions.
• Utilize and support adoption of AI-enabled legal technologies and knowledge management tools to improve efficiency in contract review, legal research, due diligence, document automation, and legal operations.

Preferred candidate profile

3-6 years of post-qualification experience as legal professional managing strategic transactions and day-to-day legal matters in a reputable law firm and/or in-house legal role.

Experience in handling M&A transactions, joint ventures, commercial contracts, corporate advisory, and regulatory compliance matters while partnering closely with business stakeholders.

Exposure to cross-border transactions and multinational business environments preferred.
