Job summary

EarnReady by ShunyaTattvaa Talent Partners is seeking a Legal Executive for a leading firm based in Charni Road, Mumbai. The role focuses on property law, contract management, and compliance within an in-house legal capacity.

Required is an LLB with 2–3 years of experience in Real Estate, Property, Construction, Infrastructure, or Facilities Management. Preference given to candidates with in-house experience over law firm experience.

Qualifications

• LLB degree required (mandatory).
• 2–3 years of experience in Real Estate, Property, Construction, Infrastructure, or Facilities Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage lease agreements, rent agreements, Leave & License agreements, vendor contracts, and NDAs.
• Handle legal notices, property disputes, payment/recovery matters, and contractual issues.
• Coordinate with external advocates, consultants, and government authorities.
• Ensure property-related compliance, registrations, and renewals are maintained.
• Advise management on legal risks and assist with basic labour law matters when required.
• Maintain trackers for agreements, legal cases, and notices.
