Qualifications

• Experience as a lawyer or legal officer in real estate projects.
• Knowledge of property documents and due diligence.
• Familiarity with RERA and municipal laws.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review, and vet legal documents related to real estate projects.
• Handle agreements such as Sale Agreements, Leave & License Agreements, MOUs, Allotment Letters, and Development Agreements.
• Verify property documents, title reports, and due diligence records.
• Ensure compliance with RERA, municipal laws, and other applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with advocates, consultants, government authorities, and registration offices.
• Handle legal notices, disputes, and follow-up matters.
• Maintain legal records and documentation systematically.
• Assist management in legal advisory and risk assessment.
• Support project approvals and documentation processes.
• Attend court hearings or legal meetings when required.
