• Coordinating with lawyers and government offices, including sub-registrar, talathi, and tehsildar offices.
• Drafting and reviewing construction contracts, sale deeds, lease deeds, and leave & license agreements.
• Handling registration of property agreements and managing real estate-related litigation.
• Maintaining property and real estate records while managing relationships with external legal consultants.
