Job summary

Infinity Exists is seeking a Legal & Compliance Advisor (EMEA) to act as the subject‑matter expert across worker classification, supplier management, and multijurisdictional employment compliance.

The role collaborates with operational teams, commercial leaders and suppliers to ensure regulatory alignment and risk mitigation across regions. A solicitor qualification or substantial inhouse experience in legal/compliance, especially in EOR/MSP/AOR, is required.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor (or equivalent) or substantial inhouse legal/compliance exp.
• Experience in legal or compliance roles within EOR, MSP, AOR, staffing, HR services, or contingent workforce solutions.
