Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and manage supplier agreements and related documentation.
• Provide legal support on MSP and second-tier supplier matters across multiple regions.
• Conduct supplier compliance reviews covering employment, tax, immigration, data protection and related regulations.
• Translate client obligations into supplier onboarding processes.
• Assess legal and commercial risks of subcontracting models and extended supply chains.
• Support implementation of new MSP programs and jurisdiction-specific requirements.
• Develop compliance guidance, legal templates and training materials.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Account Management, Finance, PMO, Compliance and regional Legal teams.
• Advise suppliers on onboarding and regulatory obligations.
• Supervise, mentor and develop Legal Executives and review workload.
• Support audits, remediation and continuous process improvement.
