Job summary

Svn Consultancy requires Smart LLB graduates to work from Tolstoy Marg Office in New Delhi. The role focuses on extensive experience in IP litigation before the Delhi High Court and a strong grasp of Indian Trademark and Copyright laws, as well as IP databases and case management software.

Candidates should have 2 to 6 years of experience in drafting pleadings, suits, written statements and interim applications, with the ability to draft & review IP related agreements & contracts.

Qualifications

• 2 to 6 years experience in drafting pleadings, suits, written statements, interim applications.
• Draft and review IP related agreements and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, suits and related court documents for IP matters.
• Prepare and review IP related agreements and contracts.
• Support litigation team in filing and case management in Delhi courts.
