Job summary

Chouhan & Associates in South Delhi is seeking a full-time, on-site associate to work with senior lawyers on litigation and advisory matters.

You will conduct legal research, assist in preparing case strategies, draft and review pleadings, attend hearings, meet clients, and manage case files. Ideal candidate holds an LLB, is enrolled with the Bar Council of India, has PQE, and strong English language, drafting and communication skills.

Qualifications

• LL.B. from a recognized university.
• Enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Strong command over English Language (spoken and written).
• Excellent drafting and researching skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-organized, proactive, and capable of working both independently and in a team.
