Key Responsibilities / Role Scope

The selected candidate will join the firm’s core Litigation Team (Intellectual Property) in New Delhi. Responsibilities include:

• Handling IP litigation matters, including drafting plaints, petitions, written statements, and applications.
• Conducting in-depth legal research on contentious and non-contentious IP issues.
• Appearing before courts, tribunals, and registries or briefing senior advocates.
• Assisting in strategic client advisory on trademark, copyright, design, and patent disputes.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Candidates holding a recognized law degree (LL.B./B.A. LL.B.).
• 0 to 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) primarily in litigation.
• Strong command over civil procedure and intellectual property law, paired with excellent drafting and research capabilities.
