Job summary

Tectoro Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Legal Associate to manage day-to-day legal, contractual, and corporate requirements as an in-house contact for business, HR, and stakeholders.

You will draft and negotiate various agreements, support IT products and licensing arrangements, handle HR legal matters, and ensure regulatory compliance. This role requires collaboration across management, HR, and external counsel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a college/university recognized by the Bar Council of India (BCI).
• Sound knowledge of contract law and technology law.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in a law firm or as an in-house legal professional.
• Enrolment with a State Bar Council is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate all types of agreements including NDAs, MSAs, Vendor, Product Sale, Licensing, Partner/Reseller, and other commercial contracts.
• Provide legal support for IT/software products, technology partnerships, and licensing arrangements.
• Handle employment and HR legal matters, including employee grievances, settlements, notices, and employment documentation.
• Support data protection, IP/trademark, corporate, and regulatory compliance matters.
• Conduct legal research and advise on contractual risks, compliance requirements, and disputes.

• Responsible for managing the organization’s day-to-day legal, contractual, compliance, and corporate legal requirements, acting as an in-house legal point of contact for business, HR, management, and other internal stakeholders.

Job Description – Legal Associate

• Draft, review, and negotiate all types of Agreements including but not limited to - NDAs, MSAs, Vendor Agreements, Product Sale Agreements, Licensing Agreements, Partner/Reseller Agreements, and other commercial contracts.
• Provide legal support for IT/software products, technology partnerships, and licensing arrangements.
• Handle employment and HR legal matters, including employee grievances, settlements, notices, and employment documentation.
• Provide support on data protection, IP/trademark, corporate, and regulatory compliance matters.
• Conducted legal research and advised internal teams on contractual risks, compliance requirements, and dispute-related matters.
• Coordinate with management, HR, business teams, external counsel, clients, and vendors on legal and contractual matters.
• Coordinate with external advocates on litigation and legal matters.
• Read , review and draft all Tender authorization letters as per Tender Documents Requirement and as per format.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (3-year or 5-year LL.B.) from a college/university recognized by the Bar Council of India (BCI).
• Sound knowledge of contract law and technology law.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in a law firm or as an in-house legal professional.
• Basic experience and understanding of litigation and legal proceedings.
• Creativity and willingness to embrace change and work in multi-functional teams
• and build trusting relationships at all levels of Corporate,
