Job summary

Creative Synergies in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Associate - Legal to join its Whitefield office. The role centers on reviewing, drafting, documenting, and tracking contracts including NDAs, service, lease, and employment agreements, with emphasis on renewals and obligations.

The incumbent will coordinate with internal stakeholders for contract execution, liaise with external counsel and authorities, and assist in managing legal proceedings and related documentation.

Qualifications

• Review, draft, document, and track various contracts, including NDAs, Service Agreements, Lease Agreements, and Employment Agreements.
• Maintain contract repositories and monitor agreement renewals, amendments, and key obligations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for contract execution and legal documentation requirements.
• Assist in managing and tracking legal proceedings, notices, and related case documentation.
• Liaise with external legal counsel, regulatory authorities, and other relevant parties as required.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Review, draft, document, and track various contracts, including NDAs, Service Agreements, Lease Agreements, and Employment Agreements.
• Maintain contract repositories and monitor agreement renewals, amendments, and key obligations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for contract execution and legal documentation requirements.
• Assist in managing and tracking legal proceedings, notices, and related case documentation.
• Liaise with external legal counsel, regulatory authorities, and other relevant parties as required.

Key Skills:

Reviewing, documenting and tracking various Customer, Supplier and Employee contracts such as Non-Disclosure Agreement, Service Agreement, Lease Agreement, Employment Agreement, etc. Documenting and coordinating all types of legal proceedings.
