The candidate should have 2–6 years of experience, an LL.B. degree, and willingness to travel for on-site inspections and stakeholder liaison to ensure compliance and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
• 3-6 years of experience in Revenue, Real estate, Infrastructure, litigation or land-related legal matters.
• Familiarity with land records and revenue matters.
• Drafting and reviewing land-related documents and agreements.

Legal & Site Resolution

• Conduct site visits to assess legal related issues.
• Resolve local authority query, objections and third-party issue.
• Provide legal advice and practical solutions to enable project execution.
• Coordinate with respective team members to identify legal risks and mitigation measures.
• Engage with landowners, local communities, and other stakeholders to amicably resolve disputes.
