Key Responsibilities
- File physical documents and manage in-person court and tribunal filings.
- Perform e‑filing through court and tribunal portals.
- Conduct legal research related to Civil, Criminal, Family Law, Mediation (ADR), Tribunals, and Small Claims Court.
- Act as a representative/agent at hearings, including settlement conferences, LTB case conferences, and hearings.

Administrative & Client Support
- Draft and manage professional email correspondence with clients.
- Schedule and book meetings, hearings, and appointments.
- Handle lead communication and support client onboarding processes.
- Coordinate service arrangements with vendors such as process servers and private investigators.
- Maintain organized digital and physical files.
Marketing & Digital Support
- Assist with designing and posting social media content to support the firm’s online presence.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Legal Assistant, Law Clerk, or similar role.
- Familiarity with court procedures, filings, and legal documentation.
- Experience with e‑filing systems and court portals.
- Strong research, writing, and proofreading skills.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Professional communication skills (written and verbal).Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
