Job summary

Securitas in India is seeking a Compliance Lead to drive and manage organizational compliance programs, update policies, and conduct risk assessments. You will lead trainings on POSH, ABAC, and other regulatory topics, and handle internal investigations while partnering with HR and Legal to strengthen the compliance culture.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, regulatory knowledge, and experience in training delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in Law, Compliance, HR, or related discipline.
• Experience in corporate compliance, ethics, policy governance, and investigations.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and employee conduct matters.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience delivering compliance training and awareness programs.

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage organizational compliance programs per laws and policies.

• Develop, review, and update company policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with global compliance standards and best practices.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead awareness initiatives and training sessions on compliance topics such as POSH, Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption (ABAC), Competition Law, Code of Conduct, Ethics, and other regulatory requirements.
