Amor Management Consultants - India’s Premiere Auto Talent Hiring Specialists seeks a seasoned Compliance Lead to strengthen the organisation's compliance framework. You will work with data privacy teams, liaise with regulators on privacy matters, and drive training and awareness initiatives across regional units.
The role requires at least 10 years in Compliance/Legal/Risk/Governance and a Law degree, with exposure to antitrust, AML, and cyber security.
This role supports Compliance and Security leadership by helping manage and strengthening compliance processes across the Organisation. It plays a key part in implementing and continuously improving corporate and information security practices, while ensuring alignment with standards related to compliance, ethics, data protection, and security.
Support regional compliance leadership in operating and strengthening the compliance framework across the organisation. Encourage ethical conduct, transparency, and an open reporting environment across the organization. Partner with data privacy teams to: Guide business stakeholders on current and upcoming Indian data protection requirements Contribute to employee awareness and learning initiatives Liaise with regulatory bodies on privacy-related matters when needed Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external parties on compliance expectations Develop regular compliance summaries and management updates. Maintain awareness of local operations, regulatory developments, and business practices Help define local focus areas and contribute to risk-based compliance planning activities Adapt and roll out compliance guidelines, processes, and governance materials for local use Contribute to compliance assessments, control evaluations, and review activities Organize, deliver, and track compliance training and awareness initiatives, including digital learning programs Support the implementation and ongoing operation of third-party integrity review processes Serve as the local coordinator for third-party reviews, issue escalation, and stakeholder communication Provide guidance through established compliance advisory channels, ensuring appropriate documentation Assist with the handling of reported concerns, follow-up actions, and corrective measures Contribute to compliance reviews related to mergers, acquisitions, and post-integration activities Prepare compliance documentation and reports
Bachelors Degree in Law (mandatory)10+ years of experience in Compliance / Legal / Risk / Governance rolesExposure to: Antitrust, Anti-corruption & anti-fraud, AML, Data Privacy, Information / Cyber SecurityExperience in multinational or similar sized organizations preferred
Strong understanding of regulatory, governance, risk & control frameworksExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong analytical ability with high attention to detailProficient in MS Excel & PowerPointStrong planning and organizational skillsFluent in English (regional language is an advantage) .
