Job summary

Growth For Impact is seeking a seasoned Compliance Lead in Hyderabad to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal controls. You will train staff, manage audits, and oversee governance programs to protect data and assets.

The role requires strong knowledge of statutory reporting, policy development, and cross‑functional collaboration with legal and operations. A minimum seven years of relevant experience and a business degree are expected.

Qualifications

  • Must have strong regulatory and facilities compliance knowledge.
  • Experience in policy creation, implementation, and monitoring.
  • Proven ability to lead audits and compliance reviews.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Administer staff training on laws and regulations.
  • Manage monthly internal statutory operational audits.
  • Protect confidentiality and information per regulations.
  • Oversee labour law reporting and regulatory advisories.
  • Draft and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate investigations and resolution of compliance issues.
  • Prepare regular reports for the Compliance Committee.

Job description

ROLE
  • – Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • – Administer a training program for staff in those laws and regulations
  • – Administer a monthly audit program to ensure appropriate monitoring of internal Statutory operational functions
  • – Manage all activities that serve to provide appropriate access to and protect the confidentiality and information in compliance with regulations
  • – Managed state and central Labour Laws reporting and advised staff of regulatory requirement
  • – Managed annual reporting to authorizing agencies
  • – Developed, initiated, maintained, and revised policies and procedures for the general operation of the Compliance Program
  • – Managed day‑day operation of the Program
  • – Collaborated with other departments to direct compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution
  • – Consulted with Corporate attorney as needed to resolve difficult legal compliance issues
  • – Identified potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk
  • – Developed/implemented corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues
  • – Provided reports on a regular basis to keep the Corporate Compliance Committee of the Board and senior management informed
  • – Directed the development or implementation of compliance‑related policies and procedures throughout the organization
  • – Conducted direct the internal investigation of compliance issues
  • – Conducted internal periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed
  • – Identified compliance issues that require follow‑up or investigation
  • – Monitored compliance systems to ensure their effectiveness
  • – Managed over Background verification process & Completion status and uploading the report on SharePoint
  • – Conducted trainings on Background on‑boarding portal internal Teams
  • – On‑Boarding & De‑boarding of vendors from Form‑II registration with support of Client Compliance spoc
  • – Issuing the Form‑V to opt the CLRA License to vendor with support of Client Compliance spoc
REQUIREMENTS
  • – Business‑savvy degree holder with at least seven years’ work experience
  • – Well‑versed in facilities compliance and knows the ropes of the facility management industry
  • – Amazing documentation and admin skills
  • – Ability to shift gears from being a team player to a leader
