Rightsline in Noida is seeking a Legal Analyst to bridge complex contracts and software systems for North American media clients. You will specialize in contract interpretation and data ingestion within our Rightsline platform.

The role requires an LL.B, at least 2 years in the legal field, and strong analytical and communication skills. Experience with North American contracts or media & entertainment is highly preferred; you will work in a hybrid, collaborative environment with clear project

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the legal field.
• Experience with North American contracts and/or media & entertainment sector is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contract Interpretation & Ingestion: Analyze and interpret complex deal terms and ingest into the Rightsline platform.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as internal/external expert on contract interpretation and ingestion workflows.
• Solution Design & Project Support: Collaborate on solution design and support end-to-end project execution.
• Contract Lifecycle Management: Evaluate CLM requirements to identify customer needs, risks, use cases, escalation paths.
• Project Tracking: Monitor timelines and secure stakeholder sign-offs.

Key Responsibilities

• Contract Interpretation & Ingestion: Analyze and interpret complex deal terms for North American Media & Entertainment clients, and accurately ingest contractual terms into the Rightsline platform according to defined standards.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as an internal and external expert on contract interpretation, ingestion workflows, and best practices.
• Solution Design & Project Support: Collaborate on solution design and support end-to-end project execution.
• Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM): Evaluate CLM requirements across various systems to identify customer needs, potential risks, use cases, and escalation paths.
• Project Tracking: Monitor project execution, delivery timelines, and secure appropriate stakeholder sign-offs.

Who We Are Looking For

• Education: LL.B. degree is mandatory. An additional Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the legal field, with a strong background in contract interpretation and ingestion.
• Domain Knowledge: Prior experience handling North American contracts and/or working within the Media & Entertainment sector is highly preferred.
• Skills: Exceptional analytical, organizational, presentation, and communication skills. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
