Job summary

Marvel Properties Pvt Ltd in Hubli, Karnataka, seeks a Leasing Specialist to oversee lease and rental operations for commercial spaces and mall leasing activities. You will conduct market research, negotiate lease terms, and manage handovers with tenants.

Ideal candidates have 7–8 years of end-to-end leasing experience in IT/BT and coworking spaces, strong communication and project management skills, and the ability to think creatively to improve occupancy and drive revenue.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee lease / rental operations of commercial space and mall-leasing activities.
• Market research and analysis for leasing trends and pricing.
• Identify appropriate brands to fit the retailer mix at the mall.
• Negotiate and close lease agreements with international and domestic brands.
• Communicate the terms and conditions of leasing with complete commercial details.
• Execute the handover and takeover procedures.
• Efficiently handling due diligence and legalities of the transaction.
• Any other task assigned by Reporting Manager.

Job description

The Leasing Specialist would oversee lease / rental operations of the commercial space. This would include business development, researching the background of lease applicants, negotiating lease agreements, and completing all necessary paperwork. In addition, researching current trends and lease prices to ensure that properties offer competitive rates to prospective tenants and suggestions to improve occupancy rates is also part of the role.

Responsibilities

• 7 - 8 years of proven experience in end-to-end leasing activities of commercial space and mall leasing, especially IT / BT and co-working spaces
