Job summary

Amb Infraventures is seeking an experienced Commercial Leasing professional to oversee end-to-end lease processes and curate tenant mix for a premium retail property in Haryana. The role focuses on onboarding national and international brands across fashion, lifestyle, beauty, electronics, and F&B sectors.

You will negotiate commercials, terms, fit-out timelines, and ensure compliance with legal documentation while coordinating with legal and finance teams.

Qualifications

• Must have 8–15 years of experience in retail leasing, preferably with exposure to brand leasing.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing or related field is required.
• Strong stakeholder management and end-to-end lease negotiation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard national and international retail brands across categories such as fashion, lifestyle, beauty, electronics, and F&B.
• Handle end-to-end lease negotiations, including commercials, terms & conditions, fit-out timelines, and legal documentation.
• Curate and optimize the tenant mix to align with the property's brand positioning and consumer demographics.
• Develop and execute leasing strategies based on market demand, footfall trends, and competitor benchmarking.
• Build and maintain relationships with brand leasing teams, franchisees, and retail consultants.
• Act as the single point of contact for branded tenants during leasing, fit-out, and operational phases.
• Understand brand expansion strategies and proactively pitch available mall spaces.
• Oversee lease documentation, negotiations, execution, and compliance in coordination with legal and finance teams.
• Track lease expiries, rent escalations, and key contractual milestones.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of lease terms, licenses, and operational handover dates.

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Commercial Leasing (Brands Focus)

Preferred candidate profile
