Job summary

Mexmon Global Developers is seeking a result-oriented Leasing Manager to oversee leasing operations across residential, commercial, and township projects. You will onboard leading brands as tenants, negotiate lease terms, and coordinate with the legal team to draft and finalize lease deeds.

The role requires strong negotiation skills, expertise in RERA guidelines, and sharp lease administration capabilities to ensure compliant transactions and timely renewals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in leasing/commercial real estate, preferably with exposure to residential, commercial, and township projects.
• Established network and tie-ups with leading brands (retail, F&B, corporate) is a strong plus.
• Hands-on experience in legal/lease agreement drafting should be able to independently prepare and negotiate agreements without heavy dependency on legal counsel.
• Strong understanding of RERA guidelines, lease structuring, and commercial real estate terms.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or a background in Law is an added advantage.

We are hiring a result-oriented Leasing Manager to manage leasing operations across our residential, commercial, and township projects. The candidate will be responsible for onboarding leading brands as tenants, negotiating lease terms, and handling legal agreement drafting with legal team to ensure smooth and compliant transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive leasing of commercial, retail, and residential spaces across high-rise, commercial, and township projects.
• Identify new potential tenants and develop strategies to attract them to our properties.
• Ensure timely completion of all lease administration tasks, including document preparation and follow-ups.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to renew leases and expand business opportunities.
• Manage leasing activities for commercial properties, including site visits, negotiations, and documentation.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
• Leverage and expand existing tie-ups with leading national/international retail, F&B, and corporate brands to onboard them as tenants.
• Independently draft, vet, and finalize lease deeds, rent agreements, LOIs, and renewal documents, ensuring legal accuracy and compliance.
• Negotiate commercial terms including rentals, CAM charges, security deposits, lock-in period, and escalation clauses.
• Build and manage relationships with brokers, channel partners, and corporate real estate consultants to generate leads.
• Coordinate with the legal team/external counsel for agreement vetting, stamping, and registration formalities.
• Ensure all leasing transactions comply with RERA and other statutory/regulatory requirements.
• Conduct market research to benchmark rentals and recommend competitive pricing strategies.
