Job summary

Axon Development LLP is seeking a Leasing Manager for Retail and Malls to drive anchor tenant occupancy and curate an optimal tenant mix across our properties in Gurugram.

You will lease retail space to brands and F&B outlets, negotiate term sheets and LOIs, and manage brand relationships through fit-out handover from negotiation to occupancy. The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of mall leasing experience and strong contacts in the retail ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in mall leasing.
• Strong contacts with retail brands and F&B chains.
• Sound knowledge of lease terms and commercial negotiation.
