Job summary

Unicorn Infosolutions is seeking a Leasing Executive to identify potential rental properties, conduct site visits, and support the leasing process from identification to closure.

The role involves field work, negotiations, and coordinating with owners/brokers, with travel as required. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Gurugram region of Haryana, India.

Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years of experience in real estate, leasing, property acquisition, site acquisition, property management, or a similar field.
• Strong knowledge of the local property/rental market.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with frequent field visits and travelling locally.
• Ability to independently coordinate with property owners and brokers.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic documentation.
• Strong observation and property assessment skills.
• Candidates with experience in commercial/retail property leasing will be preferred.
• A valid driving licence and own vehicle would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential properties suitable for leasing/rental requirements.
• Visit properties physically to assess location, accessibility, size, condition, and suitability.
• Collect and verify key property information including rent, security deposit, carpet/built-up area, availability, ownership details, and other commercial terms.
• Take photographs/videos and maintain updated property records.
• Coordinate with property owners, landlords, brokers, and real estate agents.
• Negotiate rental terms and commercial conditions within the approved budget.
• Shortlist suitable properties and share recommendations with the management/leasing team.
• Conduct market surveys to understand prevailing rental rates and available properties.
• Maintain a database/tracker of available and prospective properties.
• Coordinate property documentation and follow up until the leasing process is completed.
• Regularly report site visit findings, market updates, and property status to the reporting manager.
• Travel locally for property visits and meetings as required.

About the Role
