• Coordinate with Marketing for branding, events and product launches.
• Collaborate with Projects, Design, Facilities, Security, Finance and Admin.
• Prepare MIS reports on visitors, enquiries and occupancy pipeline.

Leasing Executive (Experience Centre)

Reports To: Leasing Manager / General Manager Leasing

Position Summary

The Leasing Executive will be responsible for managing the Experience Centre at a premium commercial leasing project of approximately 2 million sq. ft. The role serves as the first point of contact for prospective tenants, brokers, consultants, and investors, ensuring a world-class customer experience while supporting the leasing team in achieving occupancy targets.

The incumbent will coordinate site visits, showcase the project's value proposition, maintain the Experience Centre, manage lead tracking, and ensure seamless coordination between internal stakeholders and external visitors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Experience Centre Management

• Ensure the Experience Centre is operational, presentable, and maintained to premium standards at all times.
• Conduct daily inspections to ensure displays, digital presentations, mock-ups, brochures, and branding materials are updated.
• Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, landscaping, and facility management for the Experience Centre.
• Maintain inventory of marketing collateral, models, merchandise, and visitor amenities.

2. Client & Broker Engagement

• Welcome prospective tenants, corporate clients, channel partners, IPCs (International Property Consultants), and investors.
• Conduct guided walkthroughs explaining:
  • Project features
  • Building specifications
  • Sustainability initiatives
  • Amenities
  • Floor plates
  • Technical specifications
  • Leasing options
• Create a premium visitor experience aligned with the organization's brand.

3. Site Visit Coordination

• Schedule and coordinate client visits with leasing managers.
• Arrange transportation within the project where required.
• Coordinate with security for visitor access.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during construction site visits.
• Coordinate refreshments and meeting arrangements.

4. Lead Management

• Maintain visitor database and CRM updates.
• Record enquiries, follow-ups, and feedback.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly visitor reports.
• Track conversion of enquiries into leasing opportunities.

5. Sales Support

• Support leasing managers during client presentations.
• Prepare leasing proposals and presentation materials.
• Coordinate collection of required documents from prospective tenants.
• Assist in lease documentation and administrative coordination.

6. Marketing Coordination

• Coordinate with Marketing for:
  • Experience Centre branding
  • Promotional events
  • Product launches
  • Corporate presentations
  • Project showcases
• Ensure marketing materials remain current.

7. Internal Coordination

Work closely with:

• Projects & Construction
• Design Team
• Facilities Management
• Security
• Marketing

to ensure smooth execution of client visits.

8. Reporting & MIS

Prepare regular reports on:

• Daily visitors
• Corporate enquiries
• Broker visits
• Occupancy pipeline
• Client feedback
• Experience Centre utilization
• Marketing event effectiveness

9. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure all visitors comply with site safety requirements.
• Maintain visitor records.
• Coordinate issuance of PPE (helmets, safety jackets, shoes, etc.).
• Ensure statutory compliance during site visits.
