ARC in Pune, India is seeking a Learning Partner to collaborate with clients and SMEs to deliver high-value learning and OD interventions.
The role focuses on translating client needs into meaningful learning solutions, managing projects end-to-end, and enhancing the learner experience with hands-on facilitation when needed. Candidates should have 3–5 years in L&D/OD and be proficient with common MS Office tools.

We are looking for a Learning Partner to join our team.
This is a full-time role where you’ll collaborate with clients and subject matter experts (SMEs) and most importantly the learners, to execute high-value learning and OD interventions.
As a Learning Partner, you’ll be at the heart of our developmental initiatives, helping clients translate their needs into meaningful interventions. Your role requires thinking “what else?”— understanding goals, anticipating needs, and responding effectively to create value for the learner.

Collaborating with SMEs and clients to understand needs and co-create learning solutions.
Managing end-to-end project execution for leadership and OD interventions, ensuring smooth execution aligned with the design.
Engaging participants and finding creative ways to enhance the learner experience.
Continuously enhancing your knowledge in L&D and OD trends and practices.
Developing and maintaining program materials, reports, and data insights.
Using tools like SurveyMonkey and Canva to support project delivery.
Occasionally co-facilitating sessions, if it meets your career aspirations.
Experience: 3–5 years in L&D, OD, or related fields with expertise in managing learning projects.
