Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BA, BCom, BSc, BTech or equivalent).
• Experience in learning administration or scheduling roles is preferred.
• Supervisory or mentoring experience is desirable.
• Exposure to global learning operations or shared services environment is a plus.
• Exposure to LMS platforms is beneficial.
• Exposure to working with clients in travel and aviation sectors is a plus.
• Flexible with shift timings.

What would you do?

• The Learning Admin Senior Analyst is responsible for overseeing and managing the administrative and operational aspects of learning and development initiatives. This role ensures effective coordination of training logistics, optimal utilization of learning resources and smooth functioning of Learning Management Systems LMS.
• The role also provides day to day leadership to learning administration teams and acts as an escalation point for operational issues while ensuring adherence to defined processes and service level agreements.
• Manage learning solutions, including activities such as registration, vendor management, product support, learning management system.

• Relevant years of experience in learning administration, learning operations or scheduling roles
• Prior experience in supervising or mentoring team members
• Exposure to global learning operations or shared services environment preferred
• Exposure to LMS platforms
