As a Learning Operations & Content Admin, you’ll manage and organize digital learning content across platforms like LMS, SharePoint, and OneDrive—building practical skills in content management, system administration, and learning operations.
You’ll work in a guided environment with clear processes, real responsibilities, and exposure to global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Upload, tag, and organize content across LMS and internal platforms
- Maintain structured folders and document libraries in SharePoint and OneDrive
- Ensure content is accurate, accessible, and user-friendly
- Perform quality checks on learning materials before publishing
- Support updates to training modules and onboarding content
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage content requests
- Track and maintain content versioning and updates
- Assist in improving content organization and workflows
Eligibility & Skills
- Recent graduates / final-year students (any discipline)
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Ability to follow structured processes and timelines
