Job summary

Genpact is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Learning Expert Global Advisory to design and program manage learning programs that build advisory capabilities and AI fluency for its global advisory teams.

The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, leveraging AI tools like Gemini and Claude to create content, playbooks, and scalable learning frameworks. Reporting to AVP/VP Learning & Development, this role offers hybrid work with in-office requirements in India.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive advisory capability build programs equipping the teams with the knowledge and skills, aligned with our goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with leaders across the business to evaluate skills gaps and determine the desired learner level for different roles, based on the capability framework.
• Should be comfortable in using AI platforms (like Gemini, Claude, copilot) and vendors to design learning solutions, playbooks, SOPs with limited dependency on business.
• Track and analyse the results of training programs, identifying areas of success and areas for improvement, and making necessary adjustments.
• Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and track sales team performance, leveraging AI for advanced analytics and reporting.
• Develop and execute the overall L&D budget and plan.
• Work closely with Business, HR and other L&D professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Seeking a dynamic and strategic Learning Expert, Global Advisory, with hands-on experience in Advisory/Consulting business. This role will be responsible for designing, developing and program managing learning programs aimed to build advisory capabilities, deepen understanding of advanced technology solutions like Agentic AI, Gen AI, Data to strengthen advisory capability and bring in thought leadership via industry best practices.

The ideal candidate is a techno functional expert who can design, build, and scale Advisory capability by building learning programs and micro learnings that integrate industry expertise with AI fluency - to build AI practitioners and AI builders.

The ideal candidate will be a Strategic thinker and results-oriented leader with a passion for developing talent

• Functional
• Understanding of advisory/consulting business, rituals and practices (Preferably F&A, Supply Chain, Risk), within the professional services landscape.

• Proven experience of leveraging AI tools/platforms like Gemini, Claude etc to create /curate content, playbooks etc

• Ability to convert both into scalable learning, capability frameworks, to drive mindset change
• Location: India (NCR preferred)

Minimum Required Qualifications / Skills

• This role will be high on execution with a mix of 30% strategy and 70% program execution and program mgmt.
• Hands on Experience of consulting/advisory function with a good understanding of roles and responsibilities (This is NOT L&D consulting with clients)
• Understanding of industry best practices and trends in this area
• Proven track record of designing and delivering successful leadership programs for global advisory teams (AVP and Above)
• Comfortable working with AI tools and platforms in the market to create/curate content.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team with exceptional speed and agility.
