Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a Learning Experience Design & Development Senior Manager to design and deliver scalable learning programs that enhance leadership readiness and workforce capability. You will partner with business leaders, HR, and global learning teams to plan end-to-end programs, drive measurement of ROI, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in APAC.

Responsibilities

• The Learning and Development Manager is responsible for designing, executing and continuously improving learning strategies that enhance workforce capability, leadership readiness, and organizational performance.
• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of learning and development programs aligned to business strategy.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify capability gaps and translate them into learning solutions.
• Manage learning needs analysis, curriculum design and deployment of blended learning models including digital classroom and experiential learning.
• Oversee vendor partnerships, external trainers, and learning platforms.
• Track learning effectiveness using metrics, dashboards and impact assessments.
• Ensure compliance with APAC-specific workplace learning accessibility and inclusion requirements.
• Mentor Learning and Development team members and contribute to capability building within the HR function.
