Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end training programs across functions.
• Create and execute annual learning and development calendars aligned with business needs.
• Manage training schedules, logistics, attendance tracking, and training effectiveness assessments.
• Design and deliver College-to-Corporate induction programs for fresh graduates.
• Conduct soft skills training including communication, etiquette, presentation, teamwork, and effectiveness.
• Partner with leaders to identify learning needs and capability gaps.

The role will be responsible for designing, executing, and managing learning interventions that enhance employee capability and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage end‑to‑end training programs across functions.
• Create and execute annual learning and development calendars aligned with business needs.
• Manage training schedules, logistics, attendance tracking, and training effectiveness assessments.
