Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis to identify learning and development requirements across teams.
• Design and facilitate training programs on soft skills, behavioral competencies, and professional development.
• Deliver workshops on communication, presentation, customer service, teamwork, leadership, emotional intelligence, and workplace etiquette.
• Develop training content, presentations, learning materials, assessments, and facilitator guides.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and post-training performance reviews.
• Provide coaching and mentoring support to employees and managers.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align learning initiatives with organizational goals.
